Well, August's Mystery Bird did not seem much of a challenge! We had over 40 entries and not one person got this wrong. The bird was indeed an Eastern Kingbird taken as it flew off its perch! The winner of this month's contest was Chris Kelly of Asheville, NC who wins the Ventures Gift Certificate, as well as a copy of the brand new updated Redshank Software's Avendex Carolinas birding program.
